Complete Marsland Chassis

  • Bolt on gearbox crossmember as standard.
  • Anti-roll bar brackets front and rear.
  • Main legs are in pressed pieces as original made from 2mm steel with 3mm stiffeners fitted and spot welded internally for added strength where outriggers and suspension mounting points are fitted, effectively giving you 5mm of material where most needed.
  • Bolt on rail for rear tub mountings.
  • LH & RH steering damper bracket welded on as standard.
  • All tapped holes re-drilled and tapped, excess galv removed.
  • Riv nuts fitted for front & rear mud flaps, power steering pipe clips and step.
  • Rear suspension upper link bush (A-frame) fitted with new M16 bolt and sleeve to fit old level bush.

Galvanising Update

Marsland have changed their post galvanising passivation process. This is due to a new industry-wide regulation that prohibits the use of the chemical TIB Finish CH06, which was previously used to give the chassis a protective coating against water staining. 
An upgrade to the passivation tank has been made and an alternative polycoat finish will be used. This new coating still ensures the same high level of durability and protection, but the final product will have a more natural galvanised finish which means, products will no longer have the shiny finish that usually lasts around 12 weeks. 
Marsland products will continue to be hot-dip galvanised to the highest standards BS EN ISO 1461, and their longevity will remain unaffected.
