Standard Returns – For any goods to be returned please contact our customer service team on 0121 374 2807 .
You will be given advice and or instruction on delivery or collection of the product.
Please ensure all goods are suitably packed to avoid any breakages during transit to our premises.
Any warranty products will be collected free of charge.
Before returning any items to the Company, regardless of when purchased, a returns note number must be obtained in advance.
This must accompany the returned item(s).
Faulty Goods – Please notify British Spares upon identifying a possible fault with the product we will verify the warranty and arrange collection of the item to enable our warranty process to begin.(see above for detail)
Unwanted Goods / Cancellation
If you decide you do not want any goods that we have supplied you can return the item(s) within 14 working days commencing the day after delivery .
The product must be returned in its original undamaged retail packaging and accompanied by the original invoice.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
Upon receiving and confirming the above the Company will give a full refund no later than 30 days, following the date of receipt of the goods.
A handling / restocking charge of 15% may be deducted for any items not required and returned.
Any special order items are non-returnable.
